The purpose of the Twin Rock Improvement Association shall be to further the development of the Twin Rock Subdivision, Teller County, Colorado, to protect the recorded subdivision covenants, and to seek to ensure the Twin Rock Development for the betterment of the subdivision property owners.
The Twin Rock Improvement Association documents on this website are for reference purposes only and may not reflect recent changes. Official copies of Twin Rock Protective Covenants and Bylaws are on file with the Teller County Clerk and Recorder. Official copies of other documents may be requested directly from the Association as provided for in the Association’s Policies and Procedures.
